Amy,

You are God’s beloved daughter.  You are loved by the Most High God of heaven.  He crowns you with jewels of faithfulness, righteousness and joy.  He sings and dances over you.  He smiles over you.  He surrounds you in His Holy Spirit of love and peace.  You Amy, you, make Him smile.  He rejoices in every victory and provides a well of peace for every learning moment.  You Amy, you were made just right, beautifully and wonderfully, in the perfect image and likeness of the Lord.  And the Lord has good intentions toward you.  Always.  In every moment, every circumstance…the Lord has a plan and a desire for you.  So stand in your circumstances and look for His desire.  He loves you.   He sees you.  He knows you.  He knows you intimately and He adores you.   

And Amy, I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to get to know you and to call you friend.  I have been thinking a lot about the dinners and the talks we used to have.  What a joy you are, what a joy to spend time with you.  I felt so loved and so encouraged during our talks.   And you always, always made me laugh.  

I remember how inspired I was by the fact that you were studying the Bible with CSBS.  God used you to speak to my heart.   Even with the incredible workload, you persisted, dedicated yourself to His Word and you finished in His strength.  Such a great testimony of what the Lord can do in us when we are willing.

I remember when you came on the Wilderness Wandering with us and we bunked together!  I don’t think you slept a wink, but it was fun! 

I loved visiting you, Karisse and Kat in your apartment!  It was so nice to visit, watch movies and hang out!

I also enjoyed meeting up at events around LA.  I was always happy to know you were going to be there!

 I am grateful to know you Amy!  I am grateful and blessed.  God bless you on this birthday of birthdays.  I hope this year is your most fruitful one yet!  Love you and miss you!!!
